Formerly a Hudson River lighthouse keeper. Mandy Lamb studied photography at the Art Institute of Chicago and graduated with a BFA from Massart in Boston. For years she’s worked in a series of remote locations; on various islands in the Atlantic, at an Arctic field camp, and as a boat cook for six ships. Lamb’s sailed as far as Tahiti and is currently posted on a fishing boat in the Bering Sea. She lives in Norridgewock Maine.

Drawn to isolation, Lamb documents largely with her phone, film, and Polaroid.
